The Barcelo Formentor Hotel near Puerto Pollenca, Majorca (Mallorca) off the eastern Spanish coast. One dog or cat pet (up to 5 kg) is allowed is allowed, subject to availability. Visitors have to accompany their pet, and the pet cannot create a nuisance.

Traveling around the island is best by car, bike, public bus, or train lines. Water taxis and boats provide rides to islands.

There are many carnivals and celebrations throughout the year to celebrate various holidays.

The first Mallorcan settlers were cave dwellers and there are tools and pottery pieces that still exist from that era. Later was the Talayotic period, and you can still see their cone-shaped towers in the south of the island. Then came Phoenician and Greek traders.

The 1950s brought mass tourism, and the islanders have the highest standard of living in all of Spain and some of the wealthiest citizens of the country.
